Returns
* You have the right to return an item within 7 days of purchase.
* The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received (Unused and in original packaging).
* Custom-made/Personalized items will not be accepted for return.
2. Refunds
* Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund.
* Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method or to the bank account you provide within a few days.
3. Exchanges
* Items will only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. In such a case, please contact our customer service immediately.
4. Shipping
* The shipping costs incurred when returning the item must be borne by the customer (in cases where there is no manufacturing defect).
Refund and Returns Policy
1. භාණ්ඩ ආපසු භාරගැනීම (Returns)
* භාණ්ඩයක් මිලදී ගෙන දින 7ක් ඇතුළත එය ආපසු භාරදීමට ඔබට අවස්ථාව ඇත.
* ආපසු එවනු ලබන භාණ්ඩය ඔබ වෙත ලැබුණු මුල් තත්ත්වයෙන්ම (Unused and in original packaging) තිබිය යුතුය.
* අභිමතය පරිදි සකස් කරන ලද (Custom-made/Personalized) භාණ්ඩ ආපසු භාරගනු නොලැබේ.
2. මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම (Refunds)
* අප වෙත භාණ්ඩය ලැබුණු පසු එය පරීක්ෂා කර මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම පිළිබඳව ඔබට දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ.
* අනුමත වූ පසු, ඔබගේ මුල් ගෙවීම් ක්රමය හරහා හෝ ඔබ ලබාදෙන බැංකු ගිණුමකට අදාළ මුදල දින කිහිපයක් ඇතුළත බැර කරනු ලැබේ.
3. භාණ්ඩ මාරු කිරීම (Exchanges)
* භාණ්ඩයේ නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂයක් හෝ ප්රවාහනයේදී සිදු වූ හානියක් ඇත්නම් පමණක් භාණ්ඩ මාරු කර දෙනු ලැබේ. එවැනි අවස්ථාවක වහාම අපගේ පාරිභෝගික සේවාව සම්බන්ධ කරගන්න.
4. ප්රවාහන ගාස්තු (Shipping)
* භාණ්ඩය ආපසු එවීමේදී වැයවන ප්රවාහන ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය (නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂයක් නොමැති අවස්ථාවලදී).
